§ terms

- 3.After trial, €245/mo begins automatically. Cancel anytime.Access ends end of billing cycle. No partial refunds.
- 4.Members vote on rules, model refresh, hardware upgrades.One member, one vote. The platform doesn't vote.
- 5.Fair-use is enforced: 200,000 TPM and 8 concurrent requests per member.Exceed = rate-limited, not banned. Two warnings, then a vote.
